Buttered Eggs with Mushrooms

2 oz Butter into a stewpan –
break in
4 fresh eggs
a good T. sp. chopped mushrooms
½ a T.sp. salt
a ¼ do. pepper
Stir till quite thick
pour on hot buttered Toast & Serve –
