My dearest

You are too sweet to try & help me as you do. I am sure he ought to have his promotion I will find out if he knows that Adl & Mrs. Beaumont are in London & if not I think I shall go right away myself & try to see him & ask what is to be done. The admiral was a gt friend to Harry when in the Admiralty & surely now he may be of some use to him – must be seen to at once. when are you coming to London? be sure & let me know. Harry came Monday from Scotland & is so well. I how he will like to see you & Father so much he is going to do Bestrnan on Saty. & is looking after his bridegroom this week who has been so il but happily recovering in time to be married!
