Transfer Carriage
23rd Anniversary of our wedding day
Rained heavily during the night
& forenoon. – Carry drove with
me to town – In Office till 4 PM
Long chats with J.W.T. – Tuck
Jemmett & Hamley.
JWT. Julia Grace & John dined with
us – Zoe seedy.
Frank Barnard called re sale of the
Beddoe timber lease. [*1]

Thursday 16

Pony Carriage
Heavy rain during the forenoon
Remained at home till 3-PM
Drove Carry to call on Mrs. Foster
& to inquire for Revd Beansland
who has been unwell. Very cold
Carry walked home with Puss.
drove alone.
Frank went to Cowichan by train
for a few days shooting
