Green Apple Pie

3 large Apples grated
½ cup of currants
melted butter size of an egg.
half a teaspoonful ground cloves & cinnamon
one small nutmeg grated,
one egg well beaten,
half a cup of sugar,
a Large Table spoonful of Brandy.

Mix all together
line a plate with puff paste
and put in the mixture
bake in a quick oven.
This quantity is sufficient for two pies.
