Raining till about 9. am.
Fine bright clear day. — Went
out for a couple of days hours in
my chair. —- Reardan called
to day he has made up his mind to
go to Samoa Islands.
Drake returned from England.
Large party, dancing, at Pooleys
Carry Puss Grace Frank &
John went. Carriage. Nicola

Saturday 30

Fine day – Green came out gave
him cheque for his pay & allowances
Frank went with him to shoot
the last day of the season, got
a grouse & quail.
Harvey called – also Alice & Nelly
Drake & Mrs D. — Joe & Julia [*1]
Carry & Puss went to inquire for
Fanny Bickford
John dined with us.
