Lemon Cheesecake

  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ lb butter
  • ½ lb sugar
  • 2 Lemons
    • the juice of 2
    • the rind of one

Beat the eggs.
Put the sugar (lump) & the butter & the lemon juice into a sauce pan with the grated Lemon peel

When the sugar is fully melted then mixture is done
