Cold raw day – blowing a
gale from the S.E.
In house my leg rather
troublesome.

Tuesday 9
Fine day – Clark brought
up pile driver & commenced
work at the boat house.
The Admiral came round in
his steam launch & took me out
for a trip – Puss accompanied.
Carry went to town shopping.
