Heavy Remained at home
Higgins worked on Tennis Court
replaced sods & top dressed.
Mrs. Johnston called – Puss
drove her home, gave her pears & apples

Friday 12

Pony Carriage
Heavy rain during the night.
Fine day. Higgins worked pruned
the honeysuckle &c.
Puss & Carry drove with me to
town. Had long chat with Dr .
Helmcken – Returned Title Deeds
Morgt &c to R. P. Rithet – the Morgt with interest having
been paid off Monday. Viz –
$4,590. – Went to Office for a short
time. Carry drove me home. – John paid
us a visit
