Omelet

Take 6 Eggs,
beat the whites & yolks seperately.
2 tablespoonfuls of cream
salt & pepper to taste
tablespoonful of butter

melt and strain the butter into a very hot frying pan
pour in the mixture
fry a golden brown
put on a hot dish and serve at once.
a little shred parsley & onions
are considered by some an improvement.
