Russian Sticks

¼ lb of Cheese
¼ lb of flour
¼ lb of Butter
Cayenne or Nepaul pepper to the taste

Cheese to be grated & then mixed in a mortar with the other ingredients. Roll up & cut in long strips & bake in quick oven.

They should be eaten while warm.
