Peter O’Reilly (b. 27 March 1827; d. 3 September 1905) was a prominent settler and official in British Columbia who held a variety of positions, most notably as the head of the Indian Reserve Commission struck to revise and allocate reserves throughout the Province. O’Reilly’s personal diaries have been transcribed by volunteers for informational purposes only. Researchers interested in this diary are advised to consult the original document housed at the Royal British Columbia Museum & Archives, found in MS-2894, the O’Reilly Family Fonds.
